Walt Disney World President Shares a Photo From Empty Galaxy’s Edge on “Star Wars Day”

May 4th (#MayTheFourthBeWithYou) is known as Star Wars Day worldwide and Walt Disney World President Josh D’Amaro is giving fans a peek inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Even in the quiet of Batuu, the Force remains strong with our Cast as they keep the light burning brightly at Walt Disney World. Please take care of yourselves until we’re able to resume the adventure.

When the parks first closed, we took a flight over Batuu to give you a look at a completely empty Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

As always, keep checking back with us here at BlogMickey.com for the latest Disney Parks news and photos. We’ll continue to bring you news and photos, where possible, through the Disney Parks closure due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will resume our normal coverage once the parks reopen to guests on July 11th!
