Disney Springs will begin a gradual, phased reopening on May 20th. It’s the first domestic Disney property to welcome guests and while we know that Disney is allowing third-party locations to reopen, a finalized list of retail and restaurants hasn’t been released.

As we wait to hear back from some third-party locations, we have also been keeping an eye on OpenTable to see what restaurants are offering reservations. Recently, STK Orlando and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill joined Wine Bar George as locations now accepting reservations for opening day.

According to OpenTable, Wolfgang Puck and STK will be open around noon on May 20th, but exact hours aren’t available yet. As a matter of fact, Disney Springs hasn’t even posted their hours for May 20th.

As a reminder, here’s a list of locations and their statuses for a May 20th reopening:

  • Wine Bar George
  • 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck
  • Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill
  • STK Orlando

Disney Springs will begin to reopen in a way that incorporates enhanced safety measures, including increased cleaning procedures, the use of appropriate face coverings by both cast members and guests, limited-contact guest services and additional safety training for cast members.

During the initial opening phase, Disney Springs will have limitations on capacity, parking and operating hours. Disney has stated that only third-party operating participants will be included in this initial phased reopening. Disney will apply learnings and ideas from leaders in the health and travel industries during each phase of reopening the Walt Disney World Resort.

It’s important to note that the Disney theme parks and resorts will remain closed on May 20th. As a matter of fact, Disney has removed theme park hours through May 30th and may continue to extend those closures.
