Just this morning, we wrote about Disney’s Animal Kingdom reaching capacity on Julu 14th. In the article, we speculated that Disney would be holding back some Disney Park Pass availability for Annual Passholders when they can make reservations this Friday. As it turns out, our speculation was right and confirmed by Scott Gustin after he spoke with Disney about the situation.
As a reminder, here’s what you need to know about the Disney Park Pass theme park reservation system.
I have a question that I have received conflicting answers from Disney. I am a local AP with a resort reservation at the end of October. I booked our 5 days of park reservations for that stay. But does that mean we can’t book 3 additional days as pass holders? One CM said yes. Another said no. If it’s no, then our passes are dead until our trip is complete. I’m hoping this is something Disney will look at and allow us to book days as pass holders as well as resort guests.

Nancy Cox that same thing happened to us with fast passes last year, October & November we couldn’t get any fast passes because we maxed out on family trip in December.
