Guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios are reporting an issue with the My Disney Experience app that led to Rise of the Resistance boarding groups not getting distributed this morning.
The Rise of the Resistance boarding groups unexpectedly “opened” before 9:30am this morning, but no guests were able to join the queue. Then, when 10am rolled around, guests were reportedly unable to join the virtual queue at all. Disney has since acknowledged an issue that is affecting some of the digital experiences at this time.

Yes everything was down this morning. Including mobile ordering breakfast at a DVC resort. Rise of the Resistance didn’t come on until noon.
