A new aerial photo from @bioreconstruct shows that Fantasmic remains drained at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. As a reminder, all nighttime fireworks and spectaculars have been put on pause due to physical distancing constraints, and Fantasmic is no exception.

There appear to be no physical distancing markers installed in the theater, although Disney continues to maintain the space. Disney has not indicated when nighttime shows might resume, but fireworks being cut in favor of projection shows in the upcoming holiday season likely indicates that we won’t experience nighttime spectaculars until 2021.

The Fantasmic theater is capable of holding nearly 10,000 guests during normal operation.
