Guests visiting Magic Kingdom this Halloween season might not have a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to look forward to, but Disney is sprinkling a bit of spooky into the normal operations of the park.
Disney has lightly decorated Main Street USA with some fall décor, although they haven’t gone all the way when compared to the 2019 décor. Disney has also debuted new Halloween cavalcades that will run on certain days of the week. While Disney hasn’t published the exact times that the cavalcades will operate throughout the day, BlogMickey.com has learned the days of the week that guests can spot specific cavalcades. As always, entertainment is subject to change, and all Halloween cavalcades are currently set to run through October 31st. Here’s what we know:
Jack Skellington “Nightmare Before Christmas” Cavalcade
Featuring the Pumpkin King himself, the Nightmare Before Christmas cavalcade – officially called Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade – features Jack Skellington, Sally, and Oogie Boogie.
- Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade: runs Saturday – Wednesday; Thursday and Friday off
Mickey and Friends “Boo to You” Cavalcade
Fans of the Boo to You parade that operates during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be happy to see some of the performers from the parade and hear the familiar soundtrack! The official name for this cavalcade is Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade and is one of two spooky cavalcades that will operate 7 days a week. No days off for the main Mouse!
You can also see the characters and performers at the Main Street USA train station at park open, park close, and randomly throughout the day.
Disney Villains Cavalcade
Fans of the Disney Villains can spot the Villains cavalcade rolling down Main Street USA 5 days a week.
Disney Villains Cavalcade: runs Thursday – Monday; Tuesday and Wednesday off
Winnie the Pooh Cavalcade
The Winnie the Pooh cavalcade joins Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade as a 7-day-a-week cavalcade at Magic Kingdom. That said, this is a shortened, modified trolley cavalcade that only runs from Town Square to Cinderella Castle and back.
Other Cavalcades
In addition to the spooky cavalcades listed above, Disney will be operating the following cavalcades on a modified schedule:
- A Goofy Cavalcade: runs Tuesday – Saturday; Sunday and Monday off
- The Royal Princess Processional: runs 7 days a week

Figures… my favorite Evil Villains Cavalcade won’t run on Tuesdays, the day I’m going to be in the MK in 3 weeks!
We were just at MK on Wednesday Sept 16 and saw the short Winnie the Poo one, the princesses and the Evil Villains that they said does not run on Wednesday’s. We did not see Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas one at all.
