A new food structure is under construction, and Reedy Creek Improvement District documents reveal the name – La Gelateria. The construction walls that we spotted over a month ago are for the “new food vending building” as revealed by permits.
Recently posted aerial photos from friend of the site @bioreconstruct reveal an updated look at the work taking place behind the construction wall.
It’s possible that the final name may change, but we know that Patina Restaurant Group is behind the new construction. Neither Disney or Patina have commented on the project yet.
