Imagineering Applies New Decal to Fix Keister Coaster Water Slide Typo Ahead of Reveal

Imagineer Zach Riddley has shared some new images of Walt Disney Imagineers fixing the “goofy” typo for the new theme of the Keister Coaster water slide at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.

Riddley shared that they were working on correcting the typo yesterday via his Instagram Stories.

Earlier today, Riddley took to Instagram to share photos of the team applying a new decal to the slide with the corrected spelling. We also got a look at more of Mickey’s friends that guests will be able to see on the slide when it opens at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort soon.

Our @waltdisneyworld and @WaltDisneyImagineering teams are even closer to completing the brand-new design at the end of the Keister Coaster slide at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort. In these sneak peek photos with the updated graphic (that’s kEIster! We triple-checked!), you can see that Mickey Mouse and his pals are the ones clowning around as they splash down into Luna Park Pool. I can’t wait for guests to join along in the fun when the slide reopens soon!

The animation style of the characters seems to be the same as the new Mickey Mouse shorts and still-new Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
