According to Disney, the new MagicMobile feature within the MyDisneyExperience app will soon support charging to your Disney Resort hotel folio during your stay.
As of right now, here are the officially supported features:
- Enter theme parks (with a valid theme park reservation and valid admission)
- Connect Disney PhotoPass images to your account
- Gain access to the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
Disney has promised to roll out new MagicMobile features throughout the year, but has not given a timeframe for the resort hotel charging beyond “coming soon”. Disney has not said if they’ll support any further payment options beyond being able to charge to an active hotel folio.
