The Boss of Sauce will be closing its doors for a couple of days this week at Disney Springs, according to the official schedule on the Disney Springs website.
Chicken Guy will be closed on May 19th and May 20th, reopening to guests on May 21st. It’s unknown why they are closing for a couple of days, but with a planned expansion taking over the former gift shop area, they could need to close to knock down a few walls and expand the dining room.
