Following the announcement yesterday from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that the government agency recommends all individuals wear masks indoors where COVID-19 spread is “substantial” or “high”, Disney World will, once again, require all guests to wear face masks indoors.
Here’s the updated policy from Disney:
Beginning July 30, face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors and in Disney buses, monorail and Disney Skyliner, regardless of vaccination status. This includes upon entering and throughout all attractions. Face coverings remain optional for all Guests in outdoor common areas.
This new policy will also apply to Cast Members working in indoor locations.
The update comes after Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings pleaded with area businesses to implement a mandatory mask mandate for indoor locations.

Can’t wait to see if there’s a throw-down with Governor DeSantis.
Much as he no doubt would like to, DeSantis can’t stop Disney from enforcing health and safety rules on its own property.
