The Chip & Dale Festive Flotilla has debuted for the holiday season at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and it stars not only the lovable chipmunks, but also Scrooge McDuck! Here’s a look at the flotilla, which runs along the Discovery River from 8:15am to noon.
