Earlier today, we brought you the news that Space Mountain was closed and evacuated as the Reedy Creek Fire Department was called to the scene. Now, the Orlando Sentinel is reporting that Tim Stromsnes, communications director for the Reedy Creek Professional Firefighters, said that a smoking refrigerator was the cause for the call.
A single fire engine responded to the call, and a firefighter unplugged the smoking refrigerator.
