After spotting that the balcony railings were removed back in early August, we dropped by the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin hotel to check in on the project.

As you can see in our photos below, it looks like crews are repainting and refurbishing the exterior of the Dolphin, and it looks like removing the balcony railings has made the work easier. Here’s a look at the work taking place today.
