New Annual Pass Sales Not Expected to Resume Until 2023 at Walt Disney World

With the news that Annual Pass prices will be increasing this December, many guests were wondering when new sales would resume. Currently, sales all of the Annual Pass levels are paused with the only exception being the lowest level Florida Pixie Dust Pass. New Annual Pass sales were paused back in November 2021 after being on sale for a couple of months.

Disney executives have referred to Annual Pass sales as one of many levers they have to increase revenue should there be a downturn in the economy or a need for more money in the parks division. Until that need arises, Annual Pass sales will remain paused as Disney remains “focused on our current Passholders”. Renewals continue to be accepted, even with new sales paused.

Now, a report from Scott Gustin indicates that Annual Pass sales are expected to remain paused until at least 2023. An exact date has not been identified.

    1. I would suspect they getting ready to sell it again within the next year as they raised the price on the increda-pass from $1,299 to $1,399 recently. I thought to myself why raise the price if they’re not selling it.
