Following a vote that saw 96% of Cast Members reject a proposed contract by Disney World that offered a $1 raise, Disney and the Service Trades Council Union (STCU) will return to the negotiating table next week. According to Unite Here Local 362, Disney World and the union will resume negotiations February 15-16 as the union pushes for a $3 raise to $18/hr.

More than 45,000 Cast Members are represented by the STCU and a significant number of Cast Members are covered by a contract extension that dates back to October 2022 when the previous contract expired.
