Nelson Peltz Ends Proxy Fight With Disney

    In speaking with CNBC this morning, Nelson Peltz announced that his proxy fight with Disney is over after Iger announced a series of cuts and a restructuring yesterday during an earnings call. Iger announced that 7,000 layoffs were coming as part of a reduction in spending of $5.5 billion.
