Bruce Vaughn Returning to Walt Disney Imagineering as Chief Creative Officer

The Walt Disney Company has announced that Bruce Vaughn will be returning to Walt Disney Imagineering to co-lead Disney’s creative agency as Chief Creative Officer. Vaughn will co-lead Imagineering with Barbara Bouza, who retains the title of President of Walt Disney Imagineering. Vaughn’s return comes at a time when messaging from executives such as Josh D’Amaro and Bob Iger paints an exciting picture of growth within the Disney Parks division.

Vaughn previously held the role of Chief Creative Executive, Walt Disney Imagineering for more than 9 years before leaving Disney in 2016. During his time at Imagineering, Vaughn had a long career that dated back to 1993 and included a number of projects such as Spaceship Earth renovations, Pandora – The World of Avatar, and Lucky the Dino.
