While visiting EPCOT earlier, we noticed that the Refreshment Station in World Discovery has made some significant progress since our last check-in on the project. Taking over the former Cool Wash venue, Refreshment Station will serve refreshing beverages for guests looking for a reprise from the Central Florida sun. Before we get to the updated photos, here’s a look at the signage, which tips us off to what will be offered at the location.
Here’s a look at the location from our visit earlier today, both from on the ground and on the monorail. We’ll start with the monorail view, which reveals that permanent tables and benches have been installed at the kiosk.

As we can see, progress has also been made on the counter area, but the slushy machines have yet to be installed. With summer just around the corner, hopefully this location isn’t closed too much longer. Disney has not announced a reopening date, or even that the location is being updated.
