Following weeks of work, crews have removed all four of the satellite docks that were installed to support the hardware for Harmonious. A central “electrical vault” remains, but that has been there for decades and is utilized to support pretty much any nighttime fireworks show at EPCOT. The satellite docks were used to connect the “taco” barges to the central electrical vault and large centerpiece ring barge.
While visiting today, we noticed that the remaining two satellite support docks were removed, giving World Showcase Lagoon the serene setting that guests have been used to for over 40 years. Here’s a look!
