Crews are in the process of repaving the HeiHei lot at EPCOT, and its thrown the parking lot operations out of balance a bit, including Preferred Parking, Handicap Parking, Electric Vehicle charging, and Ride Share operations. Preferred Parking and Handicap Parking are consolidated to the Moana parking lot for now.
