Following an initial rollout of Star Tours merchandise earlier this month, a Starspeeder 1000 die-cast vehicle has been added to the lineup – about a month ahead of schedule. According to media in attendance at a Star Tours event, the Starspeeder 1000 die-cast vehicle wasn’t expected to be available until late May. While visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios earlier today, we found that the vehicle is now available to purchase.

The Star Tours Starspeeder 1000 die-cast vehicle shouldn’t be confused with the much smaller Star Tours Starspeeder 1000 die-cast wind-up car, which was available earlier this month during the initial merchandise roll out.
Another, larger, Starspeeder 1000 vehicle is expected to be released in June.
