PHOTOS, VIDEO: US Air Force Fourth of July Flyover at Magic Kingdom

To celebrate the Fourth of July, the US Air Force and Walt Disney World teamed up for a Fourth of July flyover at Magic Kingdom. The flyover included a KC-135 “Stratotanker” flown by the 91st Air Refueling Squadron based at MacDill Air Force Base. The Stratotanker was joined by several F-35 Lightning II stealth aircraft flown by the 33rd Fighter Wing based at Eglin Air Force Base.

The military flyover above Cinderella Castle is a reflection of The Walt Disney Company’s nearly 100-year-long history of supporting the military, dating back to Walt and Roy Disney who both served during World War I.

Here are our photos and video of the Fourth of July Magic Kingdom flyover, which consisted of two passes over Cinderella Castle.
