The BoardWalk Resort gingerbread house is now sitting in the resort’s lobby. Like years past, the gingerbread house recreates a portion of the facade of the resort’s boardwalk area with a bit of pixie dust whimsy. While the BoardWalk Deli has been the focal point for years, it has never been created to the level of precision that’s on display this year. Before we get too deep into the photos, here’s a look at the actual BoardWalk Deli for reference.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Disney World gingerbread house without Hidden Mickey’s and there are 100 to be found this year – big and tiny. In addition to the Hidden Mickeys, there are other fun details such as an Orange Bird cuckoo clock that only chimes at the top of the hour. If you’re lucky enough to see the Orange Bird cuckoo clock, make sure you take a second to look behind him as the chef used the BoardWalk Presidential Suite as his backdrop! Other fun details include a nod to Walt Disney himself and his favorite pie.
