According to reporter Brooke Geiger McDonald, a new background music loop will debut in the World Celebration neighborhood at EPCOT tomorrow. The long-awaited background loop was first announced back in 2021 at the Destination D23 event. Imagineers Tom Fitzgerald and John Dennis announced that a “full score for all of EPCOT” is being worked on by Pinar Toprak. Toprak, as Disney fans might remember, created an incredibly moving soundtrack that was first shown off during the 2019 D23 Expo.
Guests have been able to hear Toprak’s anthem for EPCOT nightly as part of a Spaceship Earth Points of Light show as seen in our video below.
Tomorrow is a big day for EPCOT, with the World Celebration Gardens and Dreamers Point opening in the morning, and then the all-new Luminous The Symphony of Us fireworks show debuting tomorrow night.
