The 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Arts is underway, and a complimentary fan-favorite activity has returned. The Expression Section paint-by-numbers offering can be found along a walkway from the Imagination Pavilion to World Showcase.
Cast Members will give you a small bit of paint and you can then paint a few squares on the sweeping mural on the CommuniCore Hall construction walls.
Disney World even has a display of all of the planned murals, and the mural that guests are currently painting!
