The lengthy construction project next to the Imagination Pavilion will be for EPCOT Festival kiosks. This is an upgrade from its previous use as a space for EPCOT Festival kiosks. Wait, that can’t be right – I was promised turbocharged growth. After years of being behind construction walls, we finally have an idea of what this construction project is for, and it couldn’t be more disappointing.
While riding the monorail earlier this afternoon, we spotted the installation of the Florida Fresh Outdoor Kitchen food kiosk for the upcoming 2024 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival. This location should be very familiar to Disney World fans as the exact same location where food kiosks previously sat years ago. It looks like only a portion of the construction will be completed ahead of the February 28th start of the Flower & Garden Festival. Here’s a look at the area from the monorail, and then from inside of EPCOT.
