A day after a judge ruled to dismiss a lawsuit by Disney against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and others, Disney has officially started the appeal process. In a statement yesterday, Disney said that the fight was “not over”. Disney filed a Notice of Appeal in federal court this morning.
