Last month, Joy from Inside Out made the journey from EPCOT to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. More recently, Disney World has been adding new theming to the Pixar Plaza area of the park. We stopped by Disney’s Hollywood Studios recently to take a look around!
Pixar Plaza Gate Theming
The newest addition to Pixar Plaza is new theming on the gates to the land. Previously, it was just a rather standard brown wooden look, but it has been updated recently to be much more colorful.
The pattern matches the pattern for the gate at the back of the mini-land. Other additions include the Pixar Ball (or Luxo Ball) on the tops of either side of the gate.
Inside Out 2 Photo Op & Theming
For a limited time, guests will find a photo op and additional theming for the new Inside Out 2 movie.
Joy Meet & Greet
Guests can also find Joy at the Pixar Plaza Palette – a meet and greet space (pictured below) that is just steps past the entrance gate and to the left.
