It’s official! Today marked the final construction milestone for the Disney Treasure: the delivery ceremony in Eemshaven, Netherlands. Welcoming the Disney Treasure to the Disney Cruise Line family and celebrating this milestone were the dedicated team members, shipyard workers, and the Meyer Werft team.Â
You may be wondering, what is a delivery ceremony? Well, this time-honored maritime tradition marks the transfer of ownership between the shipyard partner, Meyer Werft, and Disney Cruise Line.
And now, the countdown is on! The Disney Treasure is one step closer to welcoming families onboard for their own adventures at sea, beginning on December 21, 2024.
