Starting tomorrow, January 2nd, guests looking to book a Walt Disney World vacation this summer will find some new discounts. The following offers, including the previously announced Free Dining offer, will be officially announced tomorrow morning, but we have a preview of what you can expect.
Summer 2025 General Public Room Discount
Walt Disney World will roll out two waves of room-only discounts for guests looking to book travel. The first wave will be available for guests to book beginning January 2nd and through February 24th. The first wave of discounted rooms will be offered for travel dates between May 1st and September 30th.
As is typical with Walt Disney World room discounts, the longer you stay, the more you save. Select Value resorts will offer a discount of 20% for visits of 1-4 nights, and that discount will be bumped up to 25% for stays of 5 nights or longer.
At Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villa Resorts, the savings are going to be 25% for stays of 1-4 nights and 30% off on stays of 5 nights or longer.
More details, such as eligible resort hotels, will be announced tomorrow.
Summer 2025 Florida Resident Room Discount
Florida Residents will also be able to find savings when booking a room at Walt Disney World this summer. The Florida Resident room discount will be available for travel dates between May 1st and July 31st. Florida Residents will find discounts of up to 35% off select rooms when booked by February 24th.
There will be two waves of discounts for summer travel, with the largest savings available during the first wave of booking, which begins January 2nd. Guests booking a Value resort hotel can save up to 30% off. Guests booking at Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villa hotels can save up to 30% on rooms.
Florida Residents will also be able to take advantage of 20% discounts on stays in Club Level rooms at Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels.
There will be no minimum length of stay requirements on the Florida Resident discounts, and more details about eligible resort hotels will be announced tomorrow.
Summer 2025 Annual Passholder Room Discounts
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders will see the biggest savings when booking a resort hotel this summer of up to 40% off! Just like the Florida Resident offer, discounts are offered for travel dates between May 1st and July 31st. There will be two travel eligibility periods for the Annual Passholder summer 2025 room discounts.
Travel Dates from May 1 – May 31
Annual Passholders will find discounts of up to 35% off in the month of May. Passholders can save up to 30% off on rooms at a Value resort, up to 35% off on rooms at Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels, and up to 20% off on Club Level rooms at Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels.
Travel Dates from June 1 – July 31
The biggest savings for Annual Passholders will be in June and July, with a 5% increase in savings on non-Club Level rooms. Annual Passholders will be able to save up to 35% on rooms at Value resorts, up to 40% off on rooms at Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels, and up to 20% off on Club Level rooms.
There will be no minimum length of stay requirements for the Annual Passholder Summer 2025 room discounts, and exact details such as eligible resort hotels, will be announced tomorrow, January 2nd.
The preceding discounts join the previously announced Free Dining discount. More details on the Free Dining discount are expected to be announced by Walt Disney World on January 2nd.
