A temporary bar area has been installed along the World Showcase promenade near the United Kingdom Pavilion at EPCOT. The temporary bar will go into service tomorrow as the Rose & Crown Pub undergoes a multi-month refurbishment. Here’s a look at the area and what we know of the refurbishment.
Temporary Bar for Rose & Crown Pub Refurbishment
According to Cast Members that we spoke with, the Rose & Crown Pub keg room will soon undergo a multi-month refurbishment. During this time, a temporary bar has been set up nearby to handle draft beer orders. Guests will be able to head to the walk-up bar for draft beer, but it’s possible that canned beer will still be available in the Pub.
The refurbishment is currently scheduled to last 10 weeks, but it has not been officially announced by Walt Disney World, and there is no planned closure of the Pub at this time.
