Portion of Refurbished Main Street USA Railroad Station Reopens at Magic Kingdom

A portion of the refurbished Main Street USA railroad station has reopened at Magic Kingdom. The most recent work on the station included a full flooring replacement on the exterior balcony overlooking Main Street USA. While a majority of the balcony remains behind construction walls, a recent shift in those same construction walls gives us a first look at the refurbished portion of the station.

New Flooring at Main Street USA Railroad Station in Magic Kingdom

Earlier this month, we got a sneak peek at the start of the flooring refurbishment project. Now, a portion of the work is done. Here’s a look at the eastern 1/3rd of the Main Street USA railroad station, newly refurbished. While there is all-new flooring on the exterior balcony, we didn’t notice any work being done inside the station at this time.
