According to data from thrill-data, Spaceship Earth has faced some extended downtime multiple times over the past few weeks. The issues peaked in late January when the attraction experienced 5 hours of downtime in three out of five days.

Spaceship Earth had a two-month refurbishment last Fall, closing in late August and reopening in time for Halloween.

When it reopened, there were very few noticeable changes, implying that the work was mostly a quality-of-life update.
