This year’s shareholder meeting will be one for the books, marking the passing of the torch from current CEO Bob Iger to incoming CEO Josh D’Amaro.

Josh D’Amaro is the current Chairman of Disney Experiences, and will be succeeded by current Disneyland President Thomas Mazloum.

In addition to the passing of the torch, we’re watching a shareholder proposal that would require Disney to review the impact of its Disability Access Service. It’s very unlikely to pass, but it will be interesting to see if Disney executives choose to comment further on the proposal.
