Disney shared a first look at a handful of menu items, including a charcuterie board, a chili-lime margarita, and a new specialty lemonade. New Diamond Horseshoe “Pop-Up” Menu
Disney revealed a first look at several items headed to the new pop-up. A savory charcuterie board tops the list. On the board, we’ll find cured beef, “fancy bacon,” smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles. Disney plans to announce more small plates in the coming weeks.
Two new drinks round out the preview. The Enchanting Ember Lemonade combines Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with strawberry and hot honey, finished with a chili-lime rim. It’s a non-alcoholic option. For guests looking for something stronger, the Cactus Rose Margarita mixes LALO Blanco Tequila with prickly pear, lime, and agave.
What This Means for Diamond Horseshoe
The Diamond Horseshoe closed to table-service dining in mid-May to make way for Jessie’s Roundup, a Toy Story-themed activation for Cool Kids’ Summer. As we reported when Jessie’s Roundup opened early, the activation runs through September 8, 2026. Disney had said dining service would resume in the Fall, so this new pop-up appears to be the next phase for the space once the summer activation wraps up.
No exact opening date exists yet. Reservations aren’t open yet, but Disney says still walk ups will be encouraged once the pop-up begins.
Guests who look forward to the Diamond Horseshoe’s family-style Thanksgiving offerings don’t need to worry. Disney confirmed those items will still be available, just next door at Liberty Tree Tavern. More menu items, pricing, and reservation details for the pop-up are expected in the coming weeks.
