The Diamond Horseshoe Closing for Toy Story Overlay
The Diamond Horseshoe, a table-service dining venue in Magic Kingdom, will be closed starting mid-May to allow for a Toy Story activation for Cool Kids Summer. Here’s the announcement from Disney:
Beginning May 16, 2026, The Diamond Horseshoe will temporarily end table-service dining in preparation for Jessie’s Roundup during Cool KIDS’ SUMMER. Dining service is expected to resume fall 2026.
So, what is Jessie’s Roundup? It will be a limited-time activation in The Diamond Horseshoe, where guests can “craft, dance and yodel your day away alongside Jessie, Woody and friends in this high-spirited Western revue”.
The Cool Kids Summer activation officially begins May 26th, which is when we’d expect Jessie’s Roundup to open.
