The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is underway, and guests can pick up a free physical guide to the whole event. Merchandise locations and kiosks throughout EPCOT carry the Festival Passport, a pocket-sized booklet that walks through every marketplace, menu, and activity tied to this year’s celebration. We picked up a copy during a recent visit and are taking a page-by-page look at what’s inside.

Welcome and Festival Basics
The passport opens with a welcome page pointing guests toward the festival’s four pillars. Those are Global Marketplaces, the Eat to the Beat concert series presented by Enterprise, festival merchandise, and Emile’s Fromage Montage. A blank field on the inside cover invites guests to write their name and the date. It turns the booklet into a keepsake, sitting alongside a “Cheers to 30 years!” banner marking the anniversary. Following pages cover scavenger hunts. These include the standing Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak hunt and the limited-time Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit tied to Halloween. A mention of the Play Zone in World Discovery follows, aimed at younger guests.
The Festival Disney Gift Card gets its own rundown next. It’s a wearable option available in denominations of $15 and up, with reloadable balances. Nearby, a QR code links to the full Eat to the Beat schedule at America Gardens Theatre. Shows run nightly at 5:30pm, 6:45pm, and 8:00pm through November 16th.
A few pages in, the passport also lists smaller festival-exclusive offerings tucked into existing EPCOT restaurants and carts. Connections Eatery, Connections Café, Sunshine Seasons, the Norway Cart, and Sommerfest each get a festival-only item or two. Regal Eagle Smokehouse, Block & Hans, the United Kingdom Beer Cart, and the Canada Popcorn Cart add limited-time additions too. A new La Poutinerie hosted by Air Canada rounds out the list, serving a Seoul-inspired Bo Ssam Pork Poutine in Canada.
Allergy Information and the Festival Cuisine Key
Before diving into marketplace menus, the passport includes a QR code linking to the allergy-friendly menu resource. It also reminds guests to speak with a Special Diets trained Cast Member for allergy-related requests. Next comes a Festival Cuisine Key. It explains the small icons that appear next to menu items. A green “30” badge marks 30th Anniversary Legacy Items. Next to it, a cheese icon marks Emile’s Fromage Montage offerings, and a leaf icon marks plant-based dishes.
Global Marketplace Menus, Location by Location
The bulk of the passport is dedicated to marketplace-by-marketplace menus, arranged in the order guests encounter them walking through the park. Each spread includes the marketplace name, its general location, and full Food and Beverage listings.
Near Test Track, The Fry Basket, presented by General Motors, offers Adobo Yuca Fries and a Fry Flight. The flight features Sea Salt-Malt Vinegar, Truffle-Parmesan, and Sweet Potato Casserole Fries. In World Celebration, Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey leans into a mad-scientist theme. Its Wing Experiments lineup includes Garlic-Parmesan, Buffalo-Dill Pickle, Korean Barbecue, and an Unnecessarily Spicy Yet Extremely Tasty Carolina Reaper Pepper-Curry variety. A non-alcoholic Pickle Milk Shake carrying the 30th Anniversary badge rounds out the drink menu.
Near Creations Shop, Coastal Eats serves a Crab Cake and a Seafood Pot Pie. Gyozas of the Galaxy returns nearby with Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings, Street Corn-style Dumplings, and Edamame Dumplings. Disney confirmed the Street Corn-style Dumplings as a returning item back in April. Flavors from Fire rounds out the trio with its Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer, another dish Disney confirmed early, plus Smoked Corned Beef and a Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding.
CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza host The Wedge, hosted by Dairy Does More, and Festival Favorites. The Wedge specializes in riffs on macaroni and cheese. Crab and Corn, Three-Cheese, and Cheesesteak versions all appear, along with a wine and cheese pairing option. Festival Favorites brings back Potato Pierogi, Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps, and a Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle.
World Showcase carries the bulk of the remaining marketplaces. Near Disney Traders, Australia serves a Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer, a Roasted Lamb Chop, and Mixed Berry Pavlova. Disney flagged the shrimp skewer as returning in its early April preview. Mexico offers a Tostada de Osso Buco and Taco de Camaron farther along the loop. China brings back its Dumplings Trio, adding a Smoked Duck Bao Bun and Beijing Zhajiang Noodles. India, opening October 2nd, pairs Potato-Pea Samosas with Chicken Tikka Masala.
Germany serves Schinkennudeln, Wiener Schnitzel, and Apple Strudel. The Alps, also opening October 2nd, debuts a Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese and Tartiflette, alongside its returning Kirschwasser Torte. Italy keeps its Stromboli, Pollo al Marsala, and Almond Panna Cotta on the menu. The American Adventure hosts two spots. Hops & Barley serves a Gulf Coast-style Seafood Roll and Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt. A standalone Funnel Cake booth serves a Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake.
Japan offers a Spicy Temaki Hand Roll and a Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll. Nearby, Greece serves Spanakopita and a Chicken Souvlaki Gyro. Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina in Morocco serves a Plant-based Falafel Wrap and Ras el Hanout Cauliflower Bowl. Between Morocco and France, Belgium offers Beer-braised Beef and a Belgian Waffle. Brazil sits alongside it with Pão de Queijo and Moqueca de Camarão. France keeps its Trio d’Escargots and Boeuf Braise vin Rouge et Echalottes. Canada rounds out this stretch with a Cheddar and Bacon Soup and Filet Mignon.
Five marketplaces cluster along the walkway between World Showcase and the Imagination! Pavilion:
- Swirled Showcase, with its Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse
- Shimmering Sips, near Port of Entry, with a Strawberry Champagne Trifle and mimosa flight
- Forest & Field, with Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli and a Schiacciata Sandwich
- Milled & Mulled, with a Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque and Freshly Baked Carrot Cake
- Bramblewood Bites, with a Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin and Cast Iron-seared River Trout
Nearby, Hawai’i rounds things out with a Slow-roasted Pork Slider, Hawaiian Rice Bowl, and Pineapple Cheesecake. Spain serves Croquetas de Jamón, Paella Caldoso, and Basque Cheesecake.
Opening October 2nd near The Land Pavilion, Earth Eats offers a Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib and a Lemon-Almond-Olive Oil Cake. Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company also gets its own passport spread. Four location-specific affogato cold brew drinks appear there:
- Affogato di Marshmallow Cold Brew, near Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
- Dolce Affogato Cold Brew, near Disney Traders
- Affogato alle Mandorle Cold Brew, at The American Adventure
- Notte di Caramello Cold Brew, between the United Kingdom and Canada
Emile’s Fromage Montage
The passport devotes a full spread to Emile’s Fromage Montage, the festival’s recurring cheese-focused food stroll named for Remy’s brother from Ratatouille. Qualifying menu items span ten locations: Germany, Spain, Greece, Brazil, Hawai’i, Forest & Field, The Wedge, Festival Favorites, The Alps, and Earth Eats. Guests purchase any five of those items. Each purchase earns a matching stamp in the passport.
Once they collect five stamps, guests bring the stamped passport to Shimmering Sips near Port of Entry for a festival treat. The activity runs the full length of the festival, from August 27th through November 21st. Only one festival treat is offered per fully stamped passport, while supplies last.
Merchandise, Sponsors, and the 30-Year Retrospective
At the front of the booklet, a Merchandise page highlights the 2026 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival Collection. It includes a pullover hoodie, a Loungefly novelty bag, and a headband. All are available at Festival Markets and Creations Shop while supplies last. A sponsors page is near the back of the booklet, thanking Corporate Alliance Sponsors Air Canada, Ben’s Original, Dole, Enterprise, Heinz, and Twinings. Signature Sponsors Dairy Does More and Pilgrim’s Chicken round out the list, along with Festival Sponsors Landscape Structures and Yoder Smokers.
A visual nod to the festival’s 30th anniversary runs throughout the booklet, with sticker-style callouts of returning dishes grouped by era. The 1996-2000 stretch highlights favorites like Paella Caldoso, Trio d’Escargots, and Dumplings Trio. Additions from 2001-2010 include the Seafood Roll, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Taco de Camaron. Rounding it out, the 2011-2026 stretch closes with the Slow-Roasted Pork Slider, Filet Mignon, and Pickle Milkshake. It’s a fitting touch for a festival marking three full decades at EPCOT.
