Disney has announced the following re-opens on Saturday, October 8th after Hurricane Matthew passed without causing too much damage to the theme parks areas.

- Animal Kingdom (EMH from 7am – 8am
- Hollywood Studios
10am
- Disney Springs
- ESPN Wide World of Sports
- Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Mini Golf
- Winter Summerland Mini Golf
It is worth noting that a small number of stores will be open at Disney Springs starting Friday, October 7th at 5pm. Disney is highly recommending that non-Resort guests wait until Saturday to visit Disney Springs due to a lack of staffing and to keep cars off of the roadways an extra day.
