We have a brand new vantage point for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Construction – the newly opened Disney Skyliner gondola system! The Disney Skyliner takes you directly over the France Pavilion expansion, offering unmatched views of the construction for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. We recently took flight on the Disney Skyliner to give you a first look at the construction from inside of a gondola cabin!
We’ll start where you will enter the expansion, a walkway to the far right of the current France facades. This walkway runs right next to the waterway that the Friendships take to get guests between Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Epcot area resorts.
Here’s a look at the rather narrow walkway that guests will use to access the entire expansion, including Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction and table service restaurant.
Speaking of the table service restaurant, here’s a look down into the crêperie that will offer both table service and quick service dining experiences. The building for the crêperie can be seen in the middle of the image below.
This space to the right of the crêperie in the photo below will be guest accessible space, possibly for overflow of the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure queue.
On of the most ornate buildings so far is actually the restrooms. Here’s a look at that structure.
Of course, many have wondered how much of the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure facade and show building we’d be able to see. The answer is: a lot! Here’s a look at the giant show building (in green) and perimeter backstage road for Epcot as it continues towards Morocco and beyond.
Another question to be answered is how would Disney integrate the exisiting show buildings into the expansion area. They’re adding facades to the back of the show buildings now.
