Orange County Mayor Endorses Walt Disney World Reopening Plans; Sends Letter to Florida Governor for Final Approval

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings has officially endorsed the reopening plans outlined by Walt Disney World earlier today and has sent a letter of recommendation to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

As outlined by Executive Order 20-123, theme park operators are required to get the endorsement of their local mayors before Governor DeSantis would be able to give final approval. Here’s a look at the endorsement letter.
