On the heels of the announcement that Splash Mountain would be rethemed to a Princess and the Frog attraction in Walt Disney World and Disneyland, the Oriental Land Company is reportedly in discussions to change their version of the attraction too.

According to a report from asahi.com, Oriental Land Company (OLC) officials are in discussions about whether or not they should retheme splash mountain in Tokyo Disneyland. The OLC saw what Disney is planning on doing to the domestic version of Splash Mountain and discussions are underway on whether a retheme would be needed in Tokyo too or not.

The report doesn’t say whether Tokyo Disneyland is considering the same Princess and the Frog retheme or a different retheme for the ride.
