Rise of the Resistance has not opened at all today after a lightning strike hit on or near the ride building last night. The lighting strike, which you can see in the video below, reportedly affected some electrical systems at the attraction and Disney is having a tough time getting the ride to operate.
Disney distributed Boarding Groups today, but Cast Members are not sure if or when the attraction will operate.
