Disneyland Reiterates Reopening Will be Limited to California Residents

|

|

In new “Know Before You Go” post, Disney has reiterated that only California residents would be allowed to visit the theme park at this time. Here’s the official wording:

Be sure you have proof of California residency with you as only California residents may visit the parks at this time. You may be asked to show such proof of residency, as necessary.
Disney

Missing from the statement is a citation of the state of California rules. As BlogMickey.com previously covered, the State of California is actually welcoming of out-of-state visitors who are fully vaccinated. Disneyland, it would appear, will not be as welcoming.

As of publish time, Disneyland.com still cites “state guidelines” that do not exist as a reason to limit visitation to in-state guests only.
