State Officials: Fully Vaccinated Out-of-State Visitors Are Welcome to Visit Theme Parks

In what has become par for the course when following COVID-19 reopening guidelines in the State of California, there is another significant piece of news to announce.

According communications that BlogMickey.com received from the California Department of Public Health, Office of Communications, “the addendum to the Blueprint grid permits fully vaccinated people from out of state to participate in activities restricted to in-state visitors. This includes theme parks”. This includes theme parks, as we suspected it would in our earlier reporting.

At this point, Disneyland has not updated their own policies to reflect the updated state guidelines. Disneyland would either need to update their policy to read that they are not allowing out-of-state visitation (removing a reference to outdated state guidelines), or they would need to allow out-of-state visitation for fully vaccinated persons now that the State of California allows it. It remains to be seen what Disneyland will end up doing.

As always, keep checking back with us here at BlogMickey.com as we continue to bring you the latest news, photos, and info from around the Disney Parks!
