According to a permit filed with the state, Walt Disney Imagineering has commissioned the installation of a sign at the main entrance to Magic Kingdom. The contractor on the permit is listed as Design Communications Ltd – a company with a history in custom fabricated signs. It’s unknown if the new sign will simply look the same as the old sign, or if it will receive a new design.

The address resolves to the Main Street USA station for the Walt Disney World railroad, a structure that has been behind scrims since last year.

With a number of updates taking place around Magic Kingdom ahead of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary in October, we expect that the Main Street USA Railroad Station will be looking great whenever work has been completed.
