BREAKING: Orange County Florida Mayor Recommends All Individuals Return to Mask Wearing Indoors

In a press conference this afternoon Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings is recommending that all residents, including those who are fully vaccinated, wear a mask while indoors. The COVID-19 positivity rate has climbed to nearly 8%.

The recommendation comes after a “high risk” designation by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the county.

At this point, it’s unclear if there will be an executive order attached to this recommendation. It’s also unclear what, if anything, Disney will change as it relates to their mask policy for Walt Disney World which is pictured below.
