Following the filing of an interesting permit in late August, Disney has installed construction walls at the shuttered Primeval Whirl attraction in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The attraction, which has been closed since before the COVID-19 pandemic, is not coming back according to Disney. That said, a theming shop is listed as the contractor on the permit.
