BREAKING: Smoke, Possible Fire Shuts Down Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

UPDATE: Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster has reopened. Our original report continues below.

Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster is currently closed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios following a possible fire on the ride. Guests reported a lot of smoke in the final tunnel before reaching the unload platform. It’s unknown what caused the smoke, but guests were heard screaming for Cast Members to help them as the smoke filled the tunnel around them.

The incident reportedly occurred around 2:30pm, and a call was placed to 911 for a fire at Disney’s Hollywood Studios around that time. It’s unknown if there were any injuries.

Disney has not responded to a request for comment as of publish time.
