Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster Reopens Following Evacuation, Multi-Hour Closure

According to Disney, Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster has reopened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios following a multi-hour closure. The ride was closed around 2:30pm this afternoon after heavy smoke was reported near the end of the ride and a call was made to emergency services and tagged by the Orange County Sheriff Office as a reported fire.

According to Click Orlando, unnamed Disney officials said that guests were evacuated after smoke was spotted in the building, but Disney did not say what caused the smoke.

Disney has not responded to our requests for comment.
